Excellent for this lay person, to help me understand the causes of the referred pain, and probably radicular pain, which I get mostly down the inside of my left leg, but also into the knee and all the way inside the shin to the ankle/foot. Neurologist says L4/L5, plus scoliosis in that area, narrowing of the channel the nerves run through...only recourse is a spinal fusion which he says has a small chance of making things better and to avoid at all costs. So. I do as much as I can with an outdoor all terrain rollator, indoor rollator, canes, SuperCrutch which keeps me standing straight (tendency is to end up leaning forward on rollators even though I have good ones that I can pretty much stand up straight when using them). I need mobility aids to keep the shooting pain away when I actually step on that left foot. As much as I can learn about my condition, the better off I will be I am sure, in figuring out the best way to manage it. Using a lot of the now popular mind/body techniques to mitigate pain overall. I will be first in line to buy your book, lay person or not. Thank you!

Really good Tom. Reads very well and lays it out in clear practical ways. This will be a best seller!
All the best
